30-day Return Guarantee

Simply return your product within 30 days of your receipt date. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, just send it back. As a print-on-demand provider, we can offer you the following return options:

Exchange for a new product
Exchange for a voucher. Can be redeemed towards your next order

Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t customize the product yourself.

Unknown Collection Returns or Refunds

As unique pieces of handcrafted art, our Unknown Collection Pieces are not available to be returned or refunded. However there is a possibility for an exchange.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@blackwomenabroad.com

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
